- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I was saddened to read the reviews today as I looked at H. L Art's website. I find their associates most gracious and go "beyond the call of duty" to assist me. Last fall I had a complicated request that involved creating jewelry for five granddaughters. Many calls from the store were made to me to clarify or to make sure what they were doing was satisfactory. I have gone in for minor things such as batteries for watches and again, always treated with the upmost respect and kindness.
