- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★It seems that you get your number but they are always allowing people who don't read the sign that says pick a number and have a seat end up getting helped before the people who are actually doing what they should be doing and also allowing children to run around and be noisy when people who maybe hard of hearing CAN NOT HEAR THE NUMBERS BEING CALLED .AND AGAIN TODAY I HAVE TO GO BACK AND HAVE THINGS SCANNED THAT ALREADY HAVE BEEN BECAUSE I HAVE THE RECEIPTS WHERE THEY SCANNED IT BUT YET NO ONE CAN FIND IT IN THE SYSTEM AND I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AND I AM TRANSFERRED TO ONE WHO WON'T BE IN UNTIL THURSDAY. Someone needs to retrain the staff and remind them that they are employees of the government.
